Telesales Representative Required in Dubai

A high-quality Health/Medical center in Dubai is looking for a Telesales Representative to join their highly professional team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

Respond to all messages and inquiries throw social channels (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, … ), emails and phone calls.
Welcomes and greets all patients throw phone calls, emails and messages.
Coordinate with the receptionist to book new appointments for new patients.
Gather information about the patient demographics.
Update existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information.
Upselling and cross-selling services and offers for existing patients or expected ones.
Responds to inquiries by patients, and prospective patients.
Contact the provided leads and hit the target.
Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving PHI in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.
Weekly reporting to management.
Requirements

Native Arabic speaker.
Fluency in English is a must.
Must have Patient Coordinator experience
Has at least 1 year working as a telesales or patient coordinator in a healthcare facility
Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
Excellent experience in MS Office especially (Excel and Word).
Has a great personality – warm, friendly, and outgoing
Must be residing in UAE already
The desired candidate must be a people person, an excellent team player, who is outgoing, energetic and positive with a willingness to learn and improve.
