Tele-Marketing Specialist Required in Dubai

As a key member of the Middle East, Cloud Business department for one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing ICT companies, this role of Tele-Marketing Specialist will be integral in helping to strengthen our Tele-Marketing team.

I.【Role & Responsibility 】

1. Revisit the intended users and further clarify the requirements, i.e., outbound calls to existing data sources for validating, mining, and generating leads.

2. Manage the entire life cycle of online users, identify potential customer requirements, recommend products and solutions, and be responsible for user conversion.

3. Analyze the survey data and identify and improve issues in the business process in a timely manner.

4. Complete customer development and sales revenue achievement based on the online revenue target of HUAWEI CLOUD.

II.【Qualifications】

1. 2- 5 years of customer service or telemarketing experience, English and Arabic as working languages, based in Dubai / Abu Dhabi.

2. Have good communication skills and be able to cope with sales business challenges.

3. Have strong learning capabilities and be able to quickly get familiar with cloud computing and cloud service products.

4. Knowledge of marketing planning and customer operations is preferable.

*Preferably multilingual i.e. Arabic OR Chinese and English

*Bonus item:

Experience in online sales/telephone sales from cloud vendors such as HUAWEI CLOUD, AWS, Alibaba, Google, and Azure is preferred.
