Technical Support Engineer Required in Dubai
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Reproduce customer environment and run tests
Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware
Qualifications
2+ years' of technical support experience
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company' s products and services
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Linux OS
Technical knowledge of NGFW like Microtik, Sonicwall & Fortinet
Technical knowledge of Wifi design & Implementation
Understanding of Backup & Disaster Recovery softwares
Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
