Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing tax compliance (e.g. filing of relevant tax return, including but not limited to corporate income tax, value added tax, etc.)
Responsible for sales/procurement contract review and advise the relevant tax solution on projects
Keep abreast with current tax policy/regulation and related development, analyze and evaluate the impact on the business
Implementation of the group transfer pricing policy and relevant intercompany arrangement, managing the compliance of local transfer pricing documentation
Liaise with relevant internal departments and prepare periodic tax payment rolling forecast
Discover and identify new areas of risk and potential non-compliance issues and propose practical solution to minimize the risk
Develop local tax compliance/tax planning process/procedure/guideline
Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree above in accounting and/or tax and a professional qualification such as chartered accountant/certified tax advisor, or equivalent
At least have a minimum of 5 years tax management experience in top accounting/tax firm
Deep into details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
Fluent in English and Chinese writing and speaking
