As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Talent Planning Specialist who will play a key role in developing and standardizing job architecture across the organization.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and HR leadership to shape role clarity, strengthen workforce planning frameworks, and align job structures with the company’s long-term talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and standardization of job descriptions across departments
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and role expectations
Align job descriptions with the organizational structure and talent strategy
Ensure roles are clearly defined in terms of responsibilities, competencies, and reporting lines
Support broader talent planning and workforce structuring initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and internal governance standards

Requirements

Proven experience in talent planning and job description development
Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce structuring
Experience working within the UAE market
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
