Talent Acquisition Manager Required in Dubai

A leading market in Telco and leading Solution provider of end to end smart digital services for digital transformation within the MENA Region.

Your Responsibilities
Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple Technical and non-technical disciplines
Develop and update job descriptions while working with the Head of HR/HR Business Partner as required
Manage resources and provides direction for prioritizing workload within segment to ensure attainment of service level expectations.
Provide outstanding internal and external service, negotiation and closing skills.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; evaluation assessments; comparing qualifications and competencies to job requirements
Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience from beginning to end and making sure it is applied amongst the team of recruiters.

Your Qualifications
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Experience working within ICT, Tech Company or IT Professional Services is preferable
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Excellent communicator
BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
