MBZ General Trading LLC, a rapidly expanding Dubai-based organization, operates across various sectors including medical and laboratory equipment, IT solutions, chemicals, and industrial machinery. We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Supply Chain & Sourcing Expert to join our growing team and help optimize our procurement and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers globally across different product categories.
• Perform thorough market research, supplier assessments, and cost comparisons to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure all activities align with import/export regulations.
• Support initiatives aimed at cost optimization and continuous process enhancement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a relevant field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within medical, IT, chemical, or machinery industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and global sourcing platforms.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
