About the Role:
We are looking for a Scheduler to join our remote team and take ownership of scheduling operations for high-impact projects. This role allows you to lead and establish the scheduling department, contributing directly to efficient project management and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling for multiple projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with major logistics clients to understand their requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Participate in occasional in-person meetings and site visits as needed.
• Develop and implement streamlined project management and scheduling processes.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and overall objectives.
Qualifications Required:
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or similar scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with commercial construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extroverted personality to interact with clients effectively.
• Comfortable working directly with project owners and adapting to their expectations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in project management within the logistics or industrial sector.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience leading a team or department.
• Knowledge of mechanical and control systems in material handling.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and client needs.
