As our Spa Reception Host, you will create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest. With genuine care, attention to detail and a passion for wellbeing, you will coordinate appointments, respond to enquiries and help ensure each spa journey feels seamless and memorable.

You will:

Welcome guests with warmth, empathy and professionalism
Manage spa reservations, enquiries and guest preferences
Share information about treatments, services and facilities
Coordinate closely with therapists and other hotel teams
Maintain an organised, calm and inviting reception area
Support retail recommendations and spa administration
Help turn every guest encounter into a meaningful experience

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Russian language proficiency
Previous experience in a spa, hotel reception or guest-facing role
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident using booking systems and handling guest enquiries
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
A caring, positive and professional approach
