Role Description

Restaurant Secrets Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Junior Sous Chef to join its team. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and managing the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. This is an on-site role located at our restaurant in Dubai.

Qualifications

Culinary skills such as cooking, baking, and knife handling
Ability to create menus and work with seasonal ingredients
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Junior Sous Chef
Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field
Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred
Catering experience a bonus
Multiple cuisine experience mandatory
