Software Implementation Specialist Required in Dubai

HoreX is a UAE-built restaurant management platform — POS plus a deep back-office (inventory, food cost, procurement, kitchen, HR, analytics) in one system. We help restaurants and multi-branch groups cut food cost and run on real-time data.

The Role

You turn a signed client into a live, happy customer. You own onboarding end-to-end: migrating restaurants (often from iiko/Syrve), configuring the platform to each venue's real operations, and training their teams to go live smoothly.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end implementation — from kickoff to go-live
Configure menus, recipes, stock, branches, terminals, printers, kitchen stations
Run data migration from competitor systems and validate accuracy
Train owners, managers, and staff — in person and remotely
Set up integrations (delivery, payments, hardware) and troubleshoot
Feed recurring client pain points back to the product team
What we're looking for

2+ years in restaurant tech / POS implementation, F&B operations, or hospitality systems (UAE experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with iiko/Syrve, or similar platforms is a big plus
Solid understanding of how a restaurant runs — kitchen, inventory, front-of-house
Comfortable with software setup, data, and basic troubleshooting
Excellent communication and training skills
Fluent English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a strong plus)
Must be based in Dubai, hold a valid UAE driving licence, and have your own car
