Dear Applicant,
We are a school transportation company based in Dubai for more than 10
years. Currently we are looking for female a customer service representative with background of IT at
one of our international school where we are providing transport services.

Job responsibilities includes following.
Coordinate with parents/ customer to collect transport application forms via
face to face meeting and email. Process application forms and prepare lists
with the help of foreman (route manager). Confirm pick up / drop off timing
to parent.

You need to collect transport fees from parents and issue them computer
generated receipts. You need to make a follow up with customers who have not
paid fees.

You need to attend meetings with school admin managers/ teachers and follow
any new agenda for transport. You need to coordinate with school for
excursion trips.

You need have a strong background of IT to support our internal IT related queries and updating our online student database.

Applicant abilities,
Please note it is a managerial post, you will be provided with an assistant
(foreman of drivers) to fulfil your daily tasks.
We are looking for a mature female preferably on a husband/family visa (if
not visa can be arranged) to work with us on a long term basis.
Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi spoken is required for this
post.

Package,
Full on site training will be provided.
Monthly Salary AED 5000 - 5500.
Medical insurance.

Company mobile will be provided.
Working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
