We are expanding and looking for a sharp, proactive, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As Social Media Manager, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day social media execution across client accounts, from strategy to publishing, engagement, and performance tracking. You will work alongside content creators, designers, and marketing leads to ensure every post aligns with the brand’s voice, audience goals, and KPIs.
Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and execute monthly social media calendars
• Write high-performing captions tailored to each platform
• -Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver cohesive visual content
• Track engagement metrics and produce performance insights
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, shares)
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and social algorithms
• Monitor competitors and recommend creative improvements
• Collaborate with account and strategy teams for client alignment
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing branded social media accounts
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong sense of visual quality and brand tone
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Meta Suite)
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Experience working with designers and content teams
• Must be available during UAE business hours
• Experience with paid content coordination is a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus
