We are urgently recruiting an experienced Site Facilities Manager to join a leading development company in Dubai. The role involves overseeing on-site facilities operations for large-scale projects, ensuring building services function reliably, and that construction site activities are executed safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of hands-on facilities management experience.
• Solid background working on high-rise towers or major construction developments.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and building services.
• Proven experience managing site operations and supervising/ coordinating subcontractors.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE for interviews and possible immediate onboarding.
