Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the P&L within the country by successfully managing the service department to meet and exceed business goals.
Preparing and maintaining annual budgets and implementing cost reduction practices if required.
Responsible for development, implementation, and attainment of an annual business plan and achieving the assigned tasks for Massaed business processes and consultation with department heads
Arrange the repair/maintenance department’s work schedule as per the operational requirements.
Responsible for overall operations for UAE operations by providing strategic leadership.
Assist, guide, and direct service sales team towards achieving targets.
Provide job-related technical support to the Service Sales department.
Conducting monthly meetings with the service sales team along with the branch managers for reviewing actual results against target and other pertinent issues.
Looking after the technical requirements of all products.
Managing the renewal of contracts, and contract negotiations with clients.
Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new contracts.
Analyse data and create reports to identify areas of business growth.
Managing a conducive working environment for employees.
Reporting to General Manager on branch performance and field operations activities.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience preferably in Elevator industry
Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment
Excellent commercial understanding, selling and negotiation skills
Have background in customer service and sales
