As a Service Crew,you will be responsible for serving food and beverages and provide outstanding customer service according to company procedures and standards.

What you will do:
Greet customers in a friendly way and present menu items
Inform customers about the special offers and discounts of the store, and upsell additional products when appropriate
Take and dispatch customers’ orders for dine-in, take-away or delivery
Collect and process customer payments
Communicate order details to the kitchen staff for food preparation
Responsible on serving or packing precisely based on the customer’s orders
Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas and customer areas clean and organized
Handle customer complaints and endorse them to the manager
Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
Work as per duty schedule and shift
Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting colleagues
Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards

Requirements
You must have two to three years of work experience as a Service Crew
You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
You must have the attention to details and patience for customers
You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
You are currently located in the UAE and preferably available to join immediately
