ABOUT THE ROLE
Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire a “Customer Success Officer - Dubai” who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer success Officer will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests.
Successful candidates must be social, and analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Officer should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage client portfolios.
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
• Hold product demonstrations for customers.
• Improve onboarding processes.
• Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
• Mediate between clients and the organization.
• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
• Minimize customer churn.
• Aid in product design and product development.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
• Analyze sales statistics
• Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
• Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
• Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
REQUIREMENTS:
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Marketing/Administration or a similar discipline. Master’s degree preferred. • Professional Certifications in Sales/Product/ Program/ Project Management shall be highly preferred
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience, with 03 years as a Customer Success Officer in an IT company within GCC.
• Fluency in the English language is a must. Proficiency in Arabic and/or regional languages would be high
• Only consider those candidates who have IT products/services/solutions experience
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Self-driven and proactive nature.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Immediate joining will be preferred.
