Service Coordinator Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

 Prepare SAP service orders and update customer contact information.

 Continuously monitor and update schedule of the Engineers matching with SAP/PO details for the invoicing process.

 Maintain SAP scheduling table, to ensure each Engineer is available at a required project site for the requested job.

 Regular communication with the Engineers, Service Managers and Project Managers about any scheduling changes.

Requirements:

 Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications.

 Bachelor’s Degree.

 Minimum 3 years of experience.
