Mission and Scope:

In a world where virtual communication takes significant place in our work your mission will be to implement a new Naos client relationship and route to market through call center.

This new role will provide services and allow our pharmacies client to develop their dermo-cosmetic sales. The person in charge will be responsible of enhancing the route to market strategy of scattered pharmacies in the UAE with the help of marketing and commercial departments.

This person should start his mission by keeping the good business relationship with the existing partner pharmacies and recruit on daily basis new accounts until comes the need of building a call center (either internal or outsourcing) for the UAE as a start and later for the ME.

Core Job Objective

planning:

Define daily and monthly routing plan as well as number of calls based on pharmacy classification
Prepare monthly call plan and update it when needed
Follow all KPI’s of in-bound and out-bound calls
Define the new customers list to be contacted
Reporting effective number of calls and call results
Being responsive on call center to request of each customer
Follow scripted sales call and update it when needed
Keeping pharmacy database up to date
·Work on accounts classification and keep it updated;

Split yearly sales target in collaboration with Commercial director per client category
Handle customers enquiry/survey
Support product knowledge
· Call customers on daily basis

· Respect the payment terms that are defined by manager

· Meet the targets on monthly basis

· Follow up visits to major customers

Build good relationship with clients
Carrying out activities in pharmacies
Support product knowledge
Improve and suggest commercial condition focus
Collaborate to define yearly marketing campaign with retail marketing department
