Job Description:

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Present menus, provide detailed information when requested, and take accurate orders
Deliver food and beverages according to service standards
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness before, during, and after service
Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and solution-oriented manner
Manage billing and payment processes accurately
Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the restaurant area
Work in coordination with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or service roles is preferred
Knowledge of service standards and guest relations
Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive approach
Attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards
Good command of English is preferred
Based in Bodrum or willing to relocate
