Homes 4 Life is growing its team and are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, and assertive individuals for the Sales Manager position to help the organization achieve its sales targets regularly.

The position involves market competitive fixed salary plus handsome incentives on sales closures of the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales team to close sales and communicate with their clients effectively
Conduct meetings and briefing to ensure all team members are aligned with their efforts
To prospect potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals
Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target
Develop new business opportunities by researching, prospecting new ventures within the industry
Presentation to the clients on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly
Building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well
Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customer’s data and sales records diligently on salesforce
Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
In-depth market knowledge to educate clients effectively about the trends and investment opportunities in the industry
Ensuring all individuals within the team are adhering to the company’s policies and guidelines
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Required Skills:

Strong team player and goal orientated.
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and Presentation skills.
Effective negotiation, and analytical skills.
Multilingual Proficiency preferred.
