Open Positions:
1. Senior Quantity Surveyor — Experience: 8–10 years
o Take ownership of commercial management on road and infrastructure projects.
o Prepare bills of quantities, interim valuations, claims and final accounts.
o Manage subcontractor agreements, variations and cost-control activities.
o Liaise closely with project managers, engineers and clients on contractual and financial matters.
2. Junior Quantity Surveyor — Experience: 2–5 years
o Support measurement, estimation and preparation of BOQs and cost schedules.
o Assist with progress measurements, payment certificates and commercial documentation.
o Maintain accurate cost records and contribute to regular cost reporting.
