Senior Property Consultant Required in Dubai

Looking Experienced & Proactive Property Consultants for our Sales & Off Plan Team with offer of 40% commission + AED 5,000 basic salary for the first 3 months!!!

- 3+ years of Dubai Real Estate experience is highly preferred

Our management and sales team have extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, ensuring the highest level of customer service and expert advice.

The Role:

Scouts and identifies clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
Prospects for listings
Negotiates between buyers and sellers
Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
Prepares and presents property proposals to convince clients and secure a deal
Monitors the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for lease and sale
Carries out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants
Conducts research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
Consistent up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Land Department law
Builds and establishes good working relationship with the different Sharjah Project Developers and Agencies
Evaluates the objectives and the budget of an investor to identify their needs and requirements
Conducts surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments
Gives clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
Maintains a database of commercial and residential properties available on the property Sharjah market
Develops and implements strategies effective in increasing the value of a property
Conducts price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable price
Maintains an extensive database of all the different Real estate projects in Dubai

We are looking for:

3+ years of Dubai Real Estate experience is highly preferred
Successful previous experience as a Property Sales Consultant/Advisor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Expert knowledge with rules and regulations or real estate industry in the UAE
Must have UAE driving license
Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven and task oriented
Strong communication in sales and negotiation skills
Team player
Confident and charismatic
Enthusiastic and passionate
Self-driven individual with a positive attitude
