Systems, software development, maintenance and update in accordance with requirements of the organizational units, and examination to ensure their effectiveness and meeting the requirements of work and easiness of use, linking them with databases, training the employees in using them aiming at increasing effectiveness and reducing problems and malfunctions, and training the developers, directing and guiding them in order to develop their skills and performance

Academic qualification :

Bachelor certificate in information Technology or one of the related specializations

Practical experience:

4 years minimum (for the citizen)

Main tasks:

Participating in studying the needs of different organizational units of different systems cooperated with the systems analyzer.

Participating in examining and evaluating the current systems and providing solutions and technical recommendations, specifying needs of development and submitting recommendations in this regard to the department manager.

Developing the systems by using modern design and development tools to meet work needs in all of the organizational units coordinated with the systems analyzer.

Systems examination to ensure that they are effective and meet work requirements and easiness of its use.

Maintenance of the systems used in the Corporation and continuously updating to be in conformity with the organizational needs of the units.

Linking the developed systems with the databases cooperated with the competent colleagues specialized in the databases.

Training the employees upon the best use of the systems aiming at increasing effectiveness and reducing the problems and malfunctions.

Training, directing and guiding the developers aiming at developing their skills and improving their performance.

Submitting the periodic reports and preparing the presentations in accordance with the instructions of the direct manager.

The continuous search for opportunities of learning and continuous development aiming at development of skills, behavioral and technical competencies, either through the plans and training programs provided by the Corporation or as individual initiatives.

Suggestion of innovative leading initiatives aiming at work development and increasing competency and effectiveness
