We are seeking an exceptional Senior Private Butler / House Manager / Travelling Personal Assistant to support a UHNW principal with an international, high-profile lifestyle. This is a senior, hands-on leadership and personal support role requiring absolute discretion, impeccable judgement, social intelligence, and the ability to operate seamlessly across elite environments.

The ideal candidate is a polished professional who understands luxury service at the highest level, privacy, aesthetics, and precision — and who can transition effortlessly between private residences, international travel, and high-level personal assistance.

Core Responsibilities

Private Butler & Household Management
• Deliver full traditional private butler service within a UHNW household
• Maintain exceptional household standards at all times
• Oversee daily operations across multiple residences
• Supervise and manage household staff (housekeeping, service teams, drivers, support staff)
• Prepare residences meticulously before arrival and after departure

Wardrobe, Styling & Personal Image
• End-to-end wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and seasonal organisation
• Coordinate personal shopping, styling, fittings, and outfit curation
• Manage inventory, asset cataloguing, and secure handling of valuables

Beauty & Personal Care Coordination
• Arrange and support beauty, wellness, spa, hair and skincare services
• Prepare environments, tools, and products to principal preferences
• Provide hands-on support during preparations when required

Travel & Lifestyle Management
• Accompany the principal during local and international travel when required
• Coordinate hotels, ground transport, yachts, and private aviation logistics
• Manage itineraries and last-minute changes calmly and efficiently
• Ensure seamless transitions across destinations

Guests, Events & Security Liaison
• Manage guest arrivals, bespoke hospitality, and private events
• Coordinate intimate gatherings and special occasions
• Liaise closely with security teams to ensure privacy and discretion

Personal Assistance & Presence
• Act as a trusted right-hand to the principal
• Anticipate needs proactively
• Maintain composure, polish, and professionalism at all times
• Blend naturally within luxury, hospitality, retail, and social environments

Mandatory Requirements
• Proven senior-level experience as a Private Butler within UHNW private households (essential)
• Experience supporting principals with complex international lifestyles
• Valid driver’s license
• Exceptional discretion, loyalty, emotional intelligence, and judgement
• Strong sense of personal presentation and aesthetics
• Calm under pressure and highly solution-oriented
• Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
• Based in Dubai or the UAE
• Willingness to travel at short notice
