To Source Credit Card applications from right target segment aligned with business objectives

Key Result Areas:

Maintain the quality of applications brought in to achieve satisfactory approval rates.
Book Balances from new customers through available tool- Balance transfer & Easy cash.
Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business.
Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer.
Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation.
Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships.
Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer.
Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in sourcing credit card customers
Excellent Communication skills.
Good Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Computer literacy.
