Job Obejctive

We are looking for an HR/Senior HR manager to oversee aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. The incumbent will be a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that one will be responsible for managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where every employee is aligned to TASC vision and its values.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Oversee the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and

ensuring that the job descriptions are up to date as per company requirement.

· Manage PMS for the organization.

· Managing Learning and Development journey of the employees.

· Overseeing the entire employee life cycle (Onboarding to Offboarding).

· Introducing new HR tools and innovation in the existing processes.

· Handling employee grievances.

· Managing Employer value proposition (EVP).

· Ensure all company HR policies are applied and updated consistently as per the UAE labor Law.

· Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

· Employee relations and culture maintenance.

· Conduct performance and salary reviews

· Design and implement employee retention strategies.

· Managing the monthly Payroll exercise.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

· A bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in human resources

· Minimum 10+ years of work experience in the relevant field.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including,

performance management, hiring and employee relations; employee engagement, able to

apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.

· Knowledge of UAE and KSA Labor Laws.

· Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.

· Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
