Organisation Structure:

Sr. HR Manager – Governance reports directly to the VP-HR. The direct and indirect reports of the below functions will be within the remit of the Sr. HR Manager – Governance:

Projects & Change Management

Purpose:

Lead the planning, development, and delivery of the people strategy across the Compensation & Benefits, Analytics & Services, Projects & Change Management functions that is aligned to EKFC’s business vision/strategy. This includes being a strategic leader who partners closely with senior business as well as HR leaders to build a high functioning, delivery driven culture, with people centric practices and robust governance frameworks aligned to market practice and local legislation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a Governance Strategy across the Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics & Shared Services and HR Projects and Change management functions that is aligned to EKFC’s business strategy to support the overarching goal of a high functioning, delivery driven HR department.
Provide operational leadership in the design, development, implementation and communication of all C&B programs, HR policies and practices, HR analytics, shared services, change management programs to ensure they remain sustainable, scalable, and have an impact on the long and short-term performance of the organization.
Partner with leadership team and business partners to lead organisation design and change management program to ensure organisational responsiveness and effectiveness
Project manage the development and implementation of new Human Resources programs and initiatives designed to meet business needs.
Identify and support the business with accurate HR analytics to influence decision making and monitor business impact and effectiveness
Responsible for overall design and successful delivery of HR transactional processes and drive continuous process improvement in the scope of services provided to the business.
Ensure EKFC’s compensation and benefits is in compliance with labour law framework. Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and government legislation factoring in the impact to effectively recommend tactical or strategic changes, where required.
Develop and motivate the team to improve team performance and enhance capability. Instil a strong team member focused mindset within the team to ensure adherence to policies and governance and delivery of an exceptional experience to employees at all levels

Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar is required.
Preferred is a graduate degree in similar fields and/or professional certifications in Human Resources.

Work Experience:

8+ years of experience in human resource management
In depth experience in total rewards based roles in HR with a strong track record in total rewards, organisational design, change management and job evaluation.

Skills:

Ability to communicate and articulate thoughts effectively
Ability to understand business needs and anticipate future problems/risk, develop simple and effective solutions
Advanced Planning and Organising Skills
Ability to think strategically
Strong numerical, analytical, technical and problem solving skills.

Strong project management and analytical skills
