Role Overview:

As the Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creation of visually stunning graphics and layouts across various marketing collaterals. Your designs will effectively communicate our brand message and promote our real estate services in Dubai. If you have a proven track record in graphic design and a flair for creativity, we want you to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Conceptualize and design visually striking graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, newsletters, and advertisements.
Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual standards, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all materials.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, translating them into impactful design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Content Creation:
Create engaging visuals and infographics that simplify complex information and effectively communicate key messages.
Produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms, aligning with current trends and ensuring visual cohesion.
Production Management:
Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials, maintaining quality control standards.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Minimum of six years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animation) and other relevant tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs across various mediums, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout composition.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be between 11,000 to 12,000 AED per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
