An opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join Burj Al Arab Jumeirah .The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Develop all hotel marketing and promotional collateral according to brand standards.
Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
Prepare drafts and present ideas.
Create and edit video material for website and social media captures content for social media.
Work with wider MarComms team to produce final design.
Test graphics across various media.
Amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Support the scheduling and organizing of the creation of website and social media content.
Work with the PR & Marketing manager to help deliver content for the hotel.
Creating PO’s, liaising with the accounts department, keeping track of all artwork bookings etc.
Creating brand books for hotel and it's F&B, Spa and retail outlets.
Other duties as required or assigned.

About you:

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud package (static & dynamic assets creation).
Strong communication skills across variety of platforms and on all levels.
At least 3 years of design experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.
Market research capabilities for competitor reviews.
Good eye for creativity and detail, and interest in finding new angles.
Using the DSLR camera.
