WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Designer and Social Media Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously handling all aspects of brand guidelines and asset creation using Adobe Creative tools. You'll manage the brand library, ensuring it is organised in the approved hierarchy across departments. The position also involves taking the lead in developing creation briefs and generating innovative concepts for events and special projects. Additionally, your video production skills will be put to use as you manage the filming and editing of content, contributing to our vibrant and engaging online presence. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a range of assets for brand projects, ensuring consistency across various materials (proposals, presentation decks, social media, digital media, and print materials)
Oversee the brand library in shared folders, organising it according to the Marketing Manager's hierarchy for each department to facilitate easy access
Translate creative briefs into scalable designs, maintaining the core message across all assets
Film content on and off-site as per departmental requirements, ensuring a creative approach and offering suggestions
Design event stands based on shared briefs to create unique designs that attract attendees to visit the stand
Manage the creation of social media channel assets according to the monthly calendar, ensuring assets are delivered before posting times
Coordinate with third-party vendors for various brand collaterals, such as printing materials and special projects
Support the Marketing Manager on various projects aligned with the marketing strategy
Manage social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite to organise posting, reply to inquiries, and escalate them to the concerned department

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Relevant Bachelor's Degree
5 years experience working with Adobe creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
Creative mindset
Proficiency in Arabic, English, and French would be a plus
