We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Velar. As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating compelling design assets for various marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, events, partnerships, and other collateral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of Bitcoin DeFi, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging visual content that captivates our audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, events, partnerships, and other marketing collateral.
Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations to enhance our digital content and engage our audience.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative design concepts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Ensure consistency in branding and design across all channels, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our visual content.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the visual appeal and user experience of our digital platforms and materials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and motion graphics/animations.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
