Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer

We're seeking a talented, innovative, and expert Senior Graphic Designer and a creative technician who is passionate about Hospitality and wants to employ their skills and experience to generate the right marketing vibes for our amazing resort. This individual should be skilled at all aspects of design, with deep expertise in developing brand identity & systems, along with digital and social marketing. This role will entail communicating effectively with copywriters, video editors, brand, digital, and marketing managers. This person should be able to think beyond a single channel execution, identify new opportunities and execute on complex design and communication strategies, and lead customer-centric journey orchestration. Be prepared to develop concepts and ideas from the ground up, pitch ideas to leadership, and create compelling, relevant, and meaningful work.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all design elements, from the conception to final delivery
Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback
Having hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
Using their strong eye for luxury marketing and visual details to ensure a quality final product
Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas and communicating them to end users and other members of the team
Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client
Collaborating across the organization to drive up standards of digital creativity

Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 5-7 years of full time and relevant experience at a reputed establishment in the luxury, lifestyle, tourism or hospitality sectors in a similar role

Applicant must :

Preferably formal education in visual communication or any other design related field.
Prior experience as a graphic designer, senior designer or related role is a must
A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
Expert with design software and editing tools.
Good command over design techniques and visual elements.
Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
