About this role

To design and create content, mainly through graphics for brand building activities and managing projects by ensuring that the brand’s messages are consistent surrounding the communication through advertisements and other online/offline marketing activities.

Graphics and Layout Designing

Understand and analyze the visual merchandising and business needs
Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, brand logos, website
Illustrate concept by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and other aesthetic concepts
Work on the briefs and advice regarding proposal style, format, print production and timescales and confer with clients to discuss and determine layout designs
Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layouts, preparing and reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Corporate Branding

Design and conceptualize Corporate Brochure, Outdoor Campaigns, Signage Designs, Logo creation, Facebook creatives, E-mailers, Pop up designs, Room branding, Wall pages, Stall designs and invitation cards
Execute content strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term positioning targets

Websites and Kiosk

Conceptualize, create and maintain a user-friendly website
Design creatives for kiosks and displays for hospitals/medical centers and promotional events
Develop and create concepts for flyers, posters, advertisements, roll ups and glass branding

Brand Building Activities

Understand the value proposition of the brand required to gain a competitive advantage in the industry
Strategically design creatives for the electronic and traditional media

Job interactions

Creative Development, Management and Optimization of digital marketing campaigns in liaison with the marketing/communication team
Co-ordinate with external partners for printing signage and other indoor and outdoor creatives

Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

Hands on experience in Adobe Creative Cloud- Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Adobe Premier, 3D Max, Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP

Minimum Experience

4-5 years experience in Graphic Designing

Specific / Relevant Experience

Relative experience in Designing for Marketing / Ad agencies/ Health care sector
