Hiring Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (with travel to other locations as required)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Note: Oil and Gas experience is mandatory, preferably in UAE
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project documentation, preparing engineering deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned tasks. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support project objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop and check engineering deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and technical reports.
• Prepare electrical load schedules, power system studies, and relay coordination reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical evaluations, follow-ups, and approvals.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure project integration and success.
• Support site activities and address technical challenges during project execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven design experience in infrastructure, buildings, or the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., EDSA, ETAP) and MS Office tools.
• Experience in FEED/EPC projects and familiarity with international engineering standards.
• Strong analytical, planning, and team collaboration skills.
