Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for drafting and design? We're looking for a highly motivated Entry-Level Draftsman to join our fit-out team and contribute to exciting structural and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and Design: Prepare precise technical drawings for structural and fit-out projects using AutoCAD.
• Approvals Documentation: Support in preparing and organizing drawings for submission to relevant authorities.
• Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to local codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordination: Work closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to meet deadlines.
• Revisions: Update designs based on stakeholder and authority feedback.
• File Management: Organize and maintain records of drawings, approvals, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Drafting, or related fields.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is a plus).
• Knowledge: Strong grasp of structural design principles and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience: Entry-level or 1-2 years of UAE experience.
