BAYYT is a Leading E-Commerce Home Management Service Provider which provides integrated home management services such as Emergency (Plumbing & Electrical), Handyman, Electrical, Plumbing, AC Cleaning & Repair, Home Cleaning, Furniture Cleaning, Garden Cleaning, Car Cleaning, Pest Control, Home Painting, Landscaping, Home Renovation, Home Relocation and Storage services through third parties (registered corporates in UAE) through its digital platform (Website and Phone Application) to the residential communities in UAE.
We also provide mobile Pet Grooming service through third parties (registered corporates in UAE) to the residential communities in UAE.
The company’s Head-office is based in Al Reef Villas, Abu Dhabi UAE.
We are currently seeking for a young and dynamic Business Advisor who will be responsible for administering and managing all aspects of customer services and sales tasks and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue on daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer services. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding sales and customer services and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Responsibilities:
• Knowing our services and subscription packages in detail so that you can answer questions.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Attending customers calls on daily basis.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels including phone and BAYYT Teams
Dashboard.
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating monthly & annual subscriptions on daily basis.
• Recording minimum 500 - 700 customers booking requests on the company’s dashboard on daily basis.
• Assigning daily 500 - 700 maintenance tasks to the supervisors’ teams on daily basis.
• Follow-up on completion of 500 - 700 daily jobs.
• Follow-up on the 500 - 700 payments and updating on the system on daily basis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels including emails and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
• 3- 5 years sales and call center experience.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong work ethics and time management skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Passion for sales and customer services.
• Positive attitude with energetic personality.
• Skills and experience in creative content writing such as newsletters.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
