Finance Specialist Required in Dubai

Responsible for the daily financial management;
Timely and accurately update the bank journals
The accuracy and timeliness of travel reimbursement audit
Coordinating with sales and business team to check the clients payments.
Coordinate with the bank related to customer payments and other issues.
Provide support and guide the team on their vendor and expense reimbursement queries.
Responsible for the financial analysis of the business or subsidiary, make suggestion on finance related improvement and give early warning for potential Financial Risks
Establish and improve the Finance Related internal control Process;
Responsible for budget preparation and execution;
Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash management and Bank Reconciliation
Experience on monthly reconciliation. Entering Journal Vouchers, Reversal of Journal Vouchers against under/over provision
Monthly closing and annual closing accurately and timely
Form close cooperation with related departments of headquarter, positive and correct working attitude
Job requirements:

Major in accounting, auditing and finance management, more than 3 years of financial related work experience is preferred;
Handled the fund and bank docking work of large groups company
Strong statistical analysis ability, strong logical thinking ability;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Highly organized and adept in coordination
Effective communication skills
Having experience in enterprise financial management, financial internal control, good in analysis of data problems;
Expertise in finance management and accounting management software and MS Excel;
