KAYE & CO. is a privately run real estate firm with over fifteen years of experience, specializing in the luxury sector of the market.

What The Work Requires:

Crafting financial statements.
Formulating balance sheets.
Compiling profit and loss statements.
Managing budgetary aspects.
Summarizing the financial status.
Timely filing Of VAT returns and preparation of tax-related documents and associated functions.
Completing corporate tax management.
Monitoring day-to-day operations tor compliance by the Company with its AML policies, procedures, systems, and controls.
Reviewing company policies and procedures and internal systems related to combating Financial Crime, ensuring their consistency with the current Decree-Law and Cabinet Decision.
Performing Enterprise-wide AML risk assessment of the Company on an annual basis.
Reviewing internal suspicious activity reports and, in the event an external Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) is not submitted to the Flu, documenting the rationale and measures taken to mitigate the risk.
Preparing SAR to be filed with the FIU.
Receiving and acting upon any AML relevant findings, recommendations, guidance, directives, resolutions, sanctions, notices, or other conclusions.
