Senior Accountant Required in Dubai

Responsibilities:

· Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

· Preparation of the company’s budget.

· Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.

· Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

· Provide the management with appropriate Financial Information as a basis for budget and cost management.

· Responsible for day to day treasury control over cash flow, preparation of cash flow forecast and control of payment deadline and budget compliance.

· Maintenance of Financial Accounts on a day to day basis without any backlog in an accurate manner

· Ensuring timely collection of all dues from Customers and provide the daily receivables statement with ageing analysis to the Sales, Operation team and Top management.

· From Ledger creation, Journal entries to Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Fund Flow statement, Bank Reconciliation and MIS Financial Reports as required by Management.

· Inventory control & Petty cash management.

· Coordinating with banks to ensure effective fund management, minimal bank charges.

· Documentations and VAT submission.

· Coordinating & Reporting to Head of Finance without any backlog on daily basis.

· Expertise gain in handling Accounts strategy planning, managing various fiscal issues relating to international and local business, structuring of cross-border transactions and business deals, regulatory aspects concerned with authority.

· Experience in independently planning and managing daily business operations to ensure the corporate goals are realised.

· Proven ability in improving and enhancing the maximisation of company profits and internal controls in finance management.

· Possess significant leadership experience resulting in better accounting performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team.

· Possess strong ability to review budgetary information, interpreting financial data, monitoring expense reports, fund flow, financial institutions and constantly monitoring cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in accounting is a must.

· Five years’ experience in the same domain.

· KSA experience is preferred.
