ACCA or CA

Oracle R12 Experience is a must

Oil & Gas experience is an added advantage

Annual revision of policy and procedure, will recommend changes if required as per the change in business requirement and would discuss with Finance Manager to implement the same

Invoice issuance and booking (AR), Delivery Orders, Trucks trip (stock recon),Preparation daily sales report (wholesale and Retail)

Reconciliation with bank credits with cash receipt

Preparing and sending SOA to customers (wholesales & Retail)

Following customers for payments.

Sending invoices for local retail and bulk sales

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision/guidelines

Bank reconciliation with GL/Monthly AR closing/Audit results

Audit results/Aging report completeness & accuracy

Bank reconciliation/Month end closing

Execution team feedback/Customer feedback

Accuracy of financial management system/Month end closing

Time Taken to process buyers refunds

No of system input errors per month

No of buyers invoices released per month
