Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate business regulations and taxation laws (VAT filing, corporate tax, etc.).
• Handle documentation and financial reporting for international trading activities.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and assist with budgeting.
• Reconcile bank statements and oversee payment processing.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders (suppliers, clients, government entities) regarding financial matters.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with company goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, experience in international trade will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, VAT, and taxation processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
