We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant Accounts Receivable

What you'll be doing:
• Manage cheque collections and receivables (Cash/Cheque/Transfers), and post/reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate AR records, issue daily collection reports, and upload invoices with acknowledged documents on customer portals.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries, and coordinate with sales and customer service teams for quick issue resolution.
• Update and maintain customer master data (pricing, credit terms) as required.
• Assist with monthly finance closure, reporting activities, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Perform other general accounting tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates may be considered on exception basis).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Oracle).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or FMCG is a plus.
• Location: Dubai (Full-time, On-site)
