Your Role

As Scrum Master / Project Manager at LIQUiDITY, you will work closely with our CTO, VPs, as well as Team Leads across all technology teams in Abu Dhabi and Tel Aviv. In this role, you will support the deployment of our cutting-edge solutions in an agile environment. You will translate user stories and requirements into clear, technical documentation on our project management system.

You will:

Collaborate with product, data science, and development teams to document and translate our user stories and requirements into technical language
Manage hands-on tasks related to end-to-end feature/software/product release management
Provide support to the teams/organization, ensuring adherence to established Agile processes and practices
Be responsible for tasks covering the product development lifecycle

You have:

5+ years as a Scrum Master/Project lead working in an agile environment
1+ years working with Jira
A strong understanding and experience with software and product development
Professional Certification in Scrum methodologies - an advantage
Experienced and have practiced Scrum Master Methodologies and project management
Experience in a fast paced, global environment in fintech / banking

You are:

An effective communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills
Self-confident and able to work under pressure and tight schedules
An expert in project management in technical teams, able to understand needs and language of a wide variety of stakeholders
Able to find solutions / develop effective courses of action as needed
A team player who can also work independently
