Sales Support Specialist Required in Dubai

The role holder is responsible for providing sales support to the business development & sales manager for the branch

Review the quotes the clients have on hand and do a GAP analysis to ensure clients are provided with better terms on General, Motor, Medical & Group life.
provide support on day-to-day endorsements, and account opening.
Ensure all renewals are forwarded to the clients month on month and retain the renewals. (all classes of Business)
Ensure all the collection targets for the team are met month on month. Providing full support to the sales manager for premium collection either by following up with the client, or providing invoices/endorsement.
Forwarded the Statement of Accounts to the sales manager and clients every month.
Follow up for premium payments and provided invoices/endorsements if required by the clients to make the payments within the credit period.

Pre-requisite (Mandatory)

Bachelors's/Masters's in any specialization
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Good hands-on experience working on MS Office (Outlook & Excel)
Good Organizational & Analytical skills
