Sales Associate Required in Dubai

Sales Associate in Optifashion is responsible for providing expert advice on designer eyewear, assisting the customer in choosing the right product, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store;
Identify customer needs, and provide expert advice on products to help take the best purchase decision;
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, and positively contribute to the store sales performance by actively recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities;
Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures;
Maintain and demonstrate excellent product and services knowledge, as well as promotional campaigns and eyewear fashion trends;
Process sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds;
Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to senior team members if needed;
Maintain clean and organized product display and overall store image;
Assist customers with packing and gift wrapping;
Participate in relevant training and comply with the company’s operational standards and procedures.
Requirements:

1+ years of luxury retail or optical retail experience;
Strong sales and customer service skills to ensure flawless customer experience – in person, over the phone, and through email;
Excellent communication skills, hospitality, and empathy;
Excellent English, additional language – Russian;
Willingness to learn and strong time management;
Confidence, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.
