Sales Supervisor Required in Dubai

Required Qualifications

Graduate of any business related course (Attested degree)
Must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the same capacity strictly in food manufacturing or retail food category ideally within UAE
Work experience in Poultry meat (fresh & Frozen) industry will be a good advantage
Must be assertive and goal driven
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent level of customer service and negotiation skills
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skill
Must be available within UAE for interview

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitoring and ensuring smooth product distribution as per assigned route
Customer/store visit on a daily basis, check shelf visibility and product availability.
Maintain an excellent level of customer relation at all times making sure that concerns and complaints are being resolved within time frame.
Validate and sign all cash invoices in head office.
Monitor and maintain lowest possible figure in product returns
Explore possible market/Business opportunities for the company through quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Facilitate a meeting with all the salesman and discuss the sales performance to address factors affecting the sales targets
In-charge of coaching and motivating low performing sales staff
Minimize outstanding overdue from the customers
Up to date monitoring report of competitor’s movement and market campaign
Other duties may be assigned by head of department.
