Sales Specialist Required in Dubai
• 2 to 3 years of similar experience in UAE is a must-have requirement.
• Works on the MQLs from the Digital Marketing team to try and convert the leads into trainees.
• Understands new trends and customer segments to identify new market opportunities to drive growth and expand the market share for our products
• Monitors our markets and evaluates the activities and products of the competition and sets competitive sales strategies aimed at capturing competitive market share
• Maintains effective communications with rest of the team to coordinate strategies, sales plans and activities and articulate any issues that might help or hinder our ability to achieve our goals
• Provides feedback to senior management and functional counterparts on market dynamics, product issues and competition
• Identifies and helps develop strategies to maximize sales of existing products and any new product offerings
• Documents best practices and develops plan to implement within the team and other functional sales teams
• May recommend and participate in the establishment of sales policies
• Establishes and maintains contact with existing customers and actively participates in selling effort to support corporate accounts, individual clients and universities
• Accountable for forecasting for various programme groups
• Develops and implements a comprehensive sales plan, to achieve designated group sales objectives consistent with the overall company short-term and long-term objectives for revenue, product volumes and mix
