Position Summary

You will work on achieving sales targets by maximizing growth opportunities. To achieve that, you are required to build and maintain long term client relations. So, are you a people person? Do you enjoy hitting the road? Because this is where you will spend most of your working day in the field, as you will be the main point of contact between Najafi and its clients!

A day in the life of...

Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract
Organize field visits on a daily basis and follow up with stores in the assigned area to ensure availability of products.
Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles) to sales management.
Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently in store
Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with Najafi set payment terms.
Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.
Report on weekly basis to Sales Manager and taking comments after analyzing the market to help develop specific sectors that will grow sales.
Able to maintain a very good relationship with the client and able to open new accounts.
Have a strong personality to open new doors and propose brands.
Wiling to learn about several brands.
Achieving monthly target & following up with existing clients to get repeating orders.
Sending following up emails and communicating in a professional way while proposing to a new client.

What Will Make You Successful

A university degree.
An interest in Sales and the Beauty industry would be preferred.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Customer oriented and relationship management skills.
A valid UAE driving license and a car is essential.
