Sales Executive Required in Dubai
Our Sales Executives are the front lines representing our brand and reflecting our vision. The role itself is primarily excelling at creating and closing opportunities, achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of Lootah Products while providing an exceptional customer service experience.
What you will do?
Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the shop/kiosk.
Provide unparalleled customer service based on extensive knowledge of all products and a genuine desire to match clients' requirements.
Building and maintaining customer relationships to build strong loyalty.
Responsible for dealing with & resolving customer complaints.
Responsible for processing cash and card payments, managing balancing drawers, and ensuring 100% accuracy on store/kiosk MPOS system.
Assist with inventory, display, merchandising, and placement of stock on the sales floor, stock rotation, and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of Lootah Products.
Maintain a tidy and professional workspace that is both alluring and welcoming to new and returning customers.
Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
Be aware of possible damage, theft, or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to the area manager.
Coordinate with other stores (keeping Area Manager in the loop) for any company or customer requirements.
Implementation of promotional and marketing plans with customers and ensuring compliance with visual shop/kiosk guidelines.
What we are looking for?
Proven work experience in Retail Sales (2 to 4 yrs)
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience in Perfumes, beauty, cosmetics, and fashion will be an advantage.
High school or diploma certification in sales or marketing
Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service
Very good presentation and interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge of Sales strategies (Up-selling, Down-selling, cross-selling, etc).
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
